Developers · Developer Status
Developer Status
Current operational status for approved public Talvrin developer-facing services, incidents, and maintenance.
Operational status is separate from authentication, authorization, entitlement, data coverage, API/SDK lifecycle, and your local configuration.

Developer Component Status
Per-component status, from one public registry.
Components are public-safe abstractions of developer capabilities, not internal services. Row order stays fixed so you can find a component in the same place during an incident.

Diagnostic Boundary
Status is healthy, but your request still fails. Start here.
A healthy service does not prove your credential is valid, your workspace is entitled, or a market is covered. Match what you see to the right place to check.
Status healthy, sign-in fails
First check
Your authentication method and whether the credential is still valid.
Then
Follow the Authentication docs. Never paste secrets into support forms.
SDK error before any request
First check
SDK and runtime compatibility, plus local validation.
Then
Check SDK docs, and the Changelog if behavior changed.
Status unknown or stale
First check
Don't conclude healthy or unhealthy.
Then
Wait for a verified update, or contact support if you're blocked.

Status healthy, data missing or limited
First check
Coverage, data rights, filters, and source timing.
Then
Check Data APIs coverage and provenance guidance.
Timeouts or server errors
First check
Whether an active incident lists the affected component.
Then
Use API error guidance. Keep your request ID for support.
Status healthy, integration delayed
First check
Integration connection, permissions, and provider state.
Then
Check Integrations docs or contact support.
How Status Is Determined
If a state can't be verified, the page says so. It never defaults to green.
[SOURCE]
Overall status is calculated from the public component registry, active incident and maintenance records, and source health. Nobody types it in by hand.
[FRESHNESS]
Each status shows when the source last changed. If it passes the freshness threshold, it's labeled stale and loses any positive treatment.
[TIME]
All times are absolute and in UTC. Relative times like “2 min ago” are a helper, never the only timestamp.
[SCOPE]
Only approved public components appear. Regions or capabilities are shown only when confirmed, never inferred from architecture.

State definitions
Operational
Source is current and the component is operating within public status policy.
Degraded
Service is available, but a material performance or function impact is confirmed.
Partial outage
A subset of requests, capabilities, or scope is unavailable. Scope shown only when confirmed.
Major outage
Broad material unavailability, according to approved impact criteria.
Maintenance
Planned work with current or expected impact. Never styled as an outage.
Assessing / unknown
State or scope can't be verified yet. Never shown as green.
Stale / source unavailable
Status source is past its freshness threshold or unavailable. Last-known state is labeled stale.
Resolved
Incident ended after recovery was validated. Used in history, not as current health.
Status Notifications
Subscriptions aren't available yet.
We won't collect contact details until status alerts can actually be delivered. When they launch, only working channels will be shown.
