Trust / Service Status
Current status of
Talvrin services.
View current service availability, active incidents and planned maintenance from Talvrin's governed operational status sources.
Status data not yet available
No freshness timestamp is shown because an operational status source is not yet connected. An unknown feed is never rendered as a healthy state.
Operational status, once published, will be separate from authentication, authorization, entitlement, data coverage and feature/technical lifecycle. A healthy state will never imply every account or workflow is unaffected.

Registry-Driven, Not Hand-Typed
A service health matrix renders from one governed registry.
Designers and editors never invent service names. Each row consumes a governed Service Component object — if a component's state is unknown, the row says so rather than collapsing into "operational."

No public Service Registry is currently connected.
This page cannot display service names, groups or live states until an approved registry exists. Inventing them here would overstate current product truth.
State, Not Style, Drives Rendering
Eight states, each defined before it can render.
Every state has a visible text label and a defined meaning — color is always supplementary, never the sole signal.
Taxonomy dependency: these labels are common implementation patterns for design exploration, not confirmed Talvrin product facts. Final labels and definitions require an approved Status State Registry before launch.
- Operational
- Source is current; the component is operating within public status policy.
- Positive but restrained text/icon; timestamp visible.
- Degraded performance
- Service is available but a material performance or function impact is confirmed.
- Impact summary shown with an incident link.
- Partial outage
- A subset of requests, capabilities or scope is unavailable.
- Affected scope specified only when confirmed.
- Major outage
- Broad material unavailability according to approved impact criteria.
- Highest visual prominence; no sensational copy.
- Maintenance
- Planned work with current or expected user impact.
- Distinct maintenance treatment and schedule, never styled as an outage.
- Assessing / unknown
- State or scope cannot yet be verified.
- Neutral, high-attention unknown treatment; never rendered as green.
- Stale / source unavailable
- The status source exceeds its freshness threshold or is unavailable.
- Explicit freshness warning; last-known state shown only with a stale label.
- Resolved
- An incident ended after recovery validation.
- A history state; never used alone as current component health.
One Governed Record, Never Ad Hoc Text
Active incident communication follows a single canonical record.
A confirmed-impact title, not a speculative cause, leads every incident. One record owns the narrative — it is never duplicated or contradicted elsewhere on the site.
No active incident is currently published.
This is a neutral status. It does not confirm that every system is unaffected — it means no governed incident record is currently available to publish.
What every incident record will carry
incident_id
Stable public identity; no duplicate canonical incidents.
public_title
Confirmed-impact title, never a speculative cause.
public_state
Lifecycle label from the approved Incident Lifecycle Registry.
impact_summary
Current user-facing impact, stated in plain language.
started_at / latest_update_at
Absolute timestamps with explicit timezone handling.
resolved_at
Present only once the authoritative incident state is resolved.
disclosure_class
Governs the security/privacy publication boundary.
affected_service_ids
References public Service Registry components only.

Never Styled Like an Outage
Scheduled work gets its own label, timeline and tone.
Planned maintenance is visually and semantically distinct from an unplanned incident. A canceled or rescheduled window preserves its chronology rather than disappearing without explanation.
No planned maintenance is currently published.
A maintenance window appears here only from approved scheduling data — never as an estimate or placeholder date.
What every maintenance record will carry
public_title
Plain-language description of the scheduled work.
affected_service_ids
Approved public components only.
expected_impact
Plain-language statement of the planned effect.
updates[]
Reschedule, cancellation or completion chronology.
planned_start / planned_end
Timezone-aware window; end shown only when known.
maintenance_state
Scheduled, in progress, extended, completed, canceled or postponed.

Illustrative Communication Pattern
What an incident timeline will contain once published.
Confirmed facts and suspected cause are always kept separate. The pattern below shows the lifecycle shape — it is not a record of any real incident.

Release-Gated, Like Any Reliability Claim
Uptime numbers appear only with an approved measurement contract.
A percentage without scope, window and exclusions misleads more than it informs. SLA and SLO are not interchangeable — a public percentage can be read contractually.
Availability metrics are not currently published for Service Status.
A metric will appear only once Talvrin has an approved measurement scope, reporting window, denominator/exclusions, source and owner for the exact service and period.
Measurement scope
The exact service(s) and boundary the metric covers.
Reporting period
A defined window; no retroactive redefinition.
Methodology
Denominator, exclusions and calculation method disclosed.
Source
Authoritative telemetry system, named.
Last calculated
A timestamp distinct from page render time.

Confirmed or Unavailable — Never Assumed
"No incidents" and "data unavailable" are never the same message.
History reflects a governed public-retention window and publication policy. It is never represented as a complete record of every internal operational event.
Confirmed zero
No published incidents were returned for the selected period.
Used only when the authoritative dataset affirmatively confirms zero complete records for that window.

How to Read This Page
Freshness, scope and corrections, explained plainly.
A public operational state is a platform-level summary, not a guarantee that every account, network path or workflow is unaffected.

No update-subscription channel is currently released
Email, SMS, webhook and RSS alerts appear here only once a channel is released, privacy/security-reviewed and able to honor an unsubscribe path. Operational alerts will never be bundled with marketing consent.
The Final Trust Destination, Not a Standalone One
Service Status closes the Trust sequence. These pages own the rest.
Operational health is a distinct dimension from evidence quality, data rights, security posture, privacy practice, governance and AI boundaries.
Evidence Standards
Evidence quality, source classification, and provenance detail.
Service StatusCurrent
Live operational state, incidents, planned maintenance and approved reliability history.

Answers First
Service Status frequently asked questions.
Current service availability, active incidents and planned maintenance — once a governed operational status source is connected. Until then, the page says plainly that status data is not yet available rather than showing a healthy state.
No. A public operational state is a platform-level summary. It doesn't guarantee that every account, network path or workflow is unaffected, and it is separate from authentication, entitlement and data coverage.
An incident is unplanned impact confirmed by the status source. Planned maintenance is scheduled work with its own label, timeline and tone — it is never styled as an outage, and canceled or rescheduled windows keep their chronology.
Each state will show a freshness timestamp from its source. If the source exceeds its freshness threshold or is unavailable, the page shows an explicit stale warning instead of the last-known state on its own.
Because an unverified state is never rendered as green. If the state or scope can't yet be confirmed, the page shows it as assessing/unknown rather than assuming everything is fine.
Not currently. A metric appears only once there is an approved measurement scope, reporting window, denominator and exclusions, source and owner for the exact service and period.
No update-subscription channel is released yet. Email, SMS, webhook or RSS alerts will appear only once a channel is privacy/security-reviewed and can honor an unsubscribe path — never bundled with marketing consent.
Contact Support. A healthy platform-level state doesn't rule out an issue with your account or workflow, so support can look at your specific case.
